Music is Medicine (an Inside Out production) is our unique take on the Ecstatic Dance experience, featuring a deeper journey into sound, movement, and intentional community.
The goal: to freely nurture and express our bodies, minds and souls in a safe and substance-free setting. Hosted in a warm, intimate space in Northbrook, it’s all about connecting to the music, energy and people around us. Whether you’re a seasoned ecstatic dancer or just looking to dip your toes in these rhythmic waters, you are welcome! Move your body to the beat with DJ MiM, or unwind in our chillout room. Come make new friends through dance and a full-bodied celebration of life!
6-7p is social hour: a chance to connect with friends old and new before the dance opens.
Capacity is very limited, so get your tickets ahead of time.
Free parking in spaces surrounding the building. No street parking please.
