Qigong for Yogis

Qigong is a Chinese healing art that uses breathing, movement, visualization, and focused intention to circulate qi (energy/life force). It helps revitalize the body, calm the mind, and support overall well-being.
In this introductory workshop, you’ll explore a style of Qigong (Daoist) that features continuous, gentle movements; tapping to awaken qi meridian lines; and guided meditative imagery that mirrors the effortless way nature flows. We’ll close with a 10-minute sound bath to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and centered.
