ONLINE ZOOM Class Through Grateful Yoga

Qigong is a Chinese healing art that uses breathing, movement, visualization and focused intention to circulate qi (energy/life force). It helps revitalize the body and supports well-being. This style of qigong features continuous gentle movements, tapping to awaken qi meridian lines, and guided meditative imagery to mirror the way nature flows.

Lisa created the Qigong for Autumn practices to support you in entering the season of reflection, letting go, and balancing yin/yang energies. Chinese medicine associates Fall with the lungs & large intestine, so this is an auspicious time to strengthen the lung qi to prepare the immune & respiratory system for the cold season to come.

Beginners are welcome.  Please note this 45-minute practice is done standing, though some elements can be done sitting in a chair.

This workshop will be held on Zoom and recorded.  Lisa will email a recording to all participants that will be available for 3 weeks.
